Week 1- Steps to Health Challenge Commences
The steps to health challenge has started and our week one message is Be Active as one of the Five Ways of Wellbeing. Being active regularly has significant health benefits for your heart, body and mind. The National Physical Activity and Sedentary Guidelines for Ireland describe the type, duration and frequency of physical activity we should aim for during the week.
